Delivery and payment

Equipment delivery

The equipment is delivered to the customer’s workplace in the UAE. Delivery is carried out by the delivery service of the company or the transport company at the expense of the Seller.

Installation and commissioning

Installation of the equipment and its commissioning is carried out free of charge by a certified engineer of our service department. Transportation costs and/or living expenses of the Supplier’s specialist are paid by the Buyer. The warranty for the equipment begins from the moment the equipment is put into operation.

Equipment warranty

The warranty period is provided by the manufacturer:

  • For Icoone Laser – 12 months from the moment the equipment is put into operation.
  • For Omnimax, Rapid – DPC: For the main unit – 12 months from the date of delivery.
  • For handpieces (manufactured by SharpLight Technologies Ltd.)- depending on what comes earlier: (i) 12 (twelve) months from the date of delivery; or (ii) the service life determined by the number of pulses/flashes produced or in accordance with the actual time of use (for the RF handpiece) specified by the Manufacturer.
  • For Iyashi Dôme is 24 months from the date of delivery, unless a shorter warranty period – specified in the operating manual.
  • For spare parts – 3 months from the date of delivery.

 

The equipment is registered at the Manufacturer.
